Tips & Tricks: TIP

You guys all know I make 90% of all my own different Rubs and Sauces but not everyone does. You can get Rubs and Season Blends in your local grocery stores but they are always expensive and in such small batches.

After years of trying different "store bought" Rubs I have found one company I find very satisfying. Knox Spice Company products and unit sizes are perfect for backyard and even professional cookers. They use all natural ingredients
and like I said for a commercial product they are top notch.

I don't own this company or profit from them in any way, shape or form. I just really like this product and wanted to share them with you.

I have another great batch coming my way of some I have not tried out just yet and will let you know how I pair them up with meats and how it all turns out.

Have you ever tried them? How did you like them and how did you use them?

Any way give them a try I give them my Personal Endorsement [for what that's worth].

Enjoy!
peace

I can't tell you what it all taste like but I'll soon be able to tell you what these taste like.

The Seasonings and Rubs are standard but Bryan Knox was kind enough to add just for me their Prototype Hot Sauce to be released in the Spring of 2009 and his family's favorite Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce to be released in the Summer of 2010.

Even the box it all came in smells awesome!
I'll let ya'll know what I think.

Thanks Bryan for the extra stuff!
It's was like a Spice Christmas when the box came today.
